Information and rates 2010

One guests on own room costs 32,00 euros for one night.Two guests on own twin room costs 58,00 euros for one night. Extra stretcher for third guest on suiting room costs 22,50 euros. Prices are including breakfast and tourists taxes (1,50 euro for a person per night). Towels and bedding are included (of cause the beds are made).

There is a free parking possibility at the other site of the street. The guesthouse is situated near the central station and city centre (10 minutes to walk). The busstop is arround the corner and you can go by bus every 3 or 4 time per hour to downtown. Departures and arrivals you can find on Qbuzz.nl.

After paying the bill, you get the keys of the house and you can come in and go out freely. We keep nightrest starting from 23.00 pm untill 6.30 am in the morning, If you like you can go in and out for the nightlife. We ask you to be extra quiet than. Thanks in forward.

In the rooms there are a table and chairs, TV, radio, alarm, coffeemaker, waterboiler and a small refrigerator available. Coffee and tea are free. Please pay cash at arrival.

In the rooms and in guests kitchen, you can find some information about tourists attractions, restaurants etc. To stay in our B&B is only possible if you have booked before. If booking is large or the period is long, we may ask you to make deposit in advance. We may ask you to show your identity document.

Smoking is not allowed and we can't accept pets, sorry . We have to tell that the rooms are uppstairs, so that may be a difficulty for disabled people.

We know Groningen very good. So we can offer many information about where to go and to enjoy your stay. Groningen is a real students city with a lot of activities for younger ánd older. You can also use our small city maps.

Want to cook your own food? You are welcome in our small kitchen specially for our guests.

We speak Dutch, German, English, French and Grunns.
